Since the products are manufactured individually according to the client’s order, returns of goods of proper quality are not accepted.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we guarantee replacement or elimination of the defect in accordance with the Law of Ukraine.

12-Month Quality Warranty

All Kulick Wood furniture comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided the rules of use are followed. The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., wood defects, structural issues, improperly installed hardware).

• Issues related to assembly or product finishing quality.

The warranty does not cover:

• Mechanical damage caused by improper use.

• Defects resulting from exposure to excessive humidity, temperature fluctuations, or aggressive chemicals.

• Wear and tear caused by the natural aging process of materials.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges are only possible in cases of manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”:

• You discovered a defect in the product caused by manufacturing errors.

• You informed us about the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.

• The product was not used, and its original condition is preserved (tags, seals, packaging).

Why can’t products in proper condition be returned?

Custom-made orders are crafted specifically for you and cannot be reused for other customers. We invest significant resources in selecting materials, production, and final finishing to create a product that fully meets your expectations.

Important Information

• When receiving the product, carefully inspect it for integrity. In case of damage during transportation, an act must be drawn up with the carrier.

• If the product has defects, all return or exchange costs will be covered by Kulick Wood Online Store.
